NEW GROWLERZ CUSTOMERS EXISTING GROWLERZ CUSTOMERS

When making a grooming request online, fill out the waiver, choose the $0 request option, and provide your additional request details. Please note:

1. Your request is not scheduled and not confirmed until we contact you to verify services, pricing, schedule, and length of appointment
2. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for customers who do not show up for their appointment
3. Pets left over 1 hour post appointment will be charged $10 every 15 minutes unless prior arrangements have been made
